We announce the 3rd Expert Talk on Localization of GI/ITG specialist group Communication and Distributed Systems. The objective of this expert talk is intense discussions among researchers from academia and industry in this challenging area.
Localization is a major technology in the field of medical, industrial and logistics applications. The Expert Talk offers researchers a platform to discuss recent results of their work and share opinions with each other. They are invited to discuss current issues and upcoming challenges. The Expert Talk on Localization features a demo and poster session. The demo session is dedicated for a presentation of practical results, e.g., localization systems, sensors, applications, and other contributions.
We invite contributions (abstract, demonstration) of all topics regarding localization, positioning, applications, and related concepts.

All papers must be original and not simultaneously submitted to another journal or conference. We feature a demo and technical exhibition session and panel discussions. Please contact us if you are interested in presenting a demonstration in addition to submitting an abstract.
Abstracts must present original research or experience. Late-breaking advances and work-in-progress reports from ongoing research are also encouraged. We encourage you to also submit failed ideas as it might spawn interesting discussions. Authors are requested to submit abstracts limited up to three pages in IEEE conference format. Please submit your Abstract via EasyChair until 15.06.2018.
Authors of accepted submissions are expected to present during the event.
